Meade series 5000 UWA eyepieces
I used to have all sort of different cheap eyepieces. But then one day I came across a clearance sale in the states of the 24mm UWA. After trying this I realized how nice it is with a 82 degrees field of view. I pretty much sold all my other eyepieces and replaced them with the Meade UWAs. Now I have the 4.7mm, 8.8mm, 14mm and 24mm eyepieces which covers all my needs.
Televue powermates
I have two different televue powermates. The 1.25 inch 2.5X powermate and the 2 inch 4X powermate. These are primarily used for planetary photography when you really want to get up close. The build quality of these is quite amazing.
ASIAIR Plus
This is one of the accessories I've bought that has completely changed how I do astronomy. This tiny device is basically a small computer in where I connect my main-camera, my guide camera, my mount and dew-heaters into. Then it takes control of the mount and with some very clever software does imaging, guiding and even helping me with polar alignment. The polar alignment feature is especially impressive as I can do it even though I don't have any view to the north/polar star. For me there is basically a life before the ASIAIR and a life after. This is more or less permanently attached to my mount and lately all my astronomy sessions are done with it. This device has 32GB integrated eMMC flash storage, which I never use as I've always got a 64GB USB3 flash-drive attached to it. It also has a microSD-slot, which I never use as I believe the USB-drives are more reliable than microSD-cards.
